USA Truck Brokers services all of North America including Canada and Mexico.

Yes. USA Truck Brokers is HAZMAT certified and ensures that all carriers for HAZMAT loads have the proper, current certifications. USA Truck Brokers also has a wide network of specialty carriers for over dimensional loads, crains or other specialty needs.

We verify company name and information with each driver during our dispatch process. If the information does not coincide with the information given during the matching process, the carrier is removed from the load.

The carrier’s payment relationship is exclusively with USA Truck Brokers. This point is specifically covered in the USA Truck Brokers’ Broker-Carrier Contract.

We send payment to the carrier the same day the original Proof of Delivery documents are received with no complications.

USA Truck Brokers carries the necessary contingent cargo and liability insurance policies to make sure our clients’ loads are safe from the moment they are loaded on the truck to when they are securely delivered to the required destination.
